Where we deliver, how long a made-to-order piece takes, and what it costs.

Where we deliver

Orders placed on this store ship within the United States only. Other international destinations are not currently available. Visitors in India are taken to the India store automatically.

Where your piece is made

Orders on this store are printed on demand in the United States by our US production partner and dispatched to you domestically. Nothing is shipped to you from overseas, so there are no import duties or customs charges to pay.

Production time and transit time

US production and dispatch take place in Aurora, Illinois. Our Lewes, Delaware address is a registered office only; day-to-day business operations are in Greater Noida, India. See our contact page for the business addresses.

Catalogue objects are printed to order in the finish and size you select. Photo-based keepsakes also require your approval of a concept preview before payment. The total time has two separate parts: production, then transit. Production starts once your order is confirmed; when your piece is packed and handed to the courier, we email you a tracking link.

Production: 5–7 business days to make, finish and pack your piece.
Standard transit: 2–3 business days with the courier, within the United States.

Together that is about 7–10 business days from the day you order. Every piece is made to order: we make and pack it in about 5–7 business days, then the courier's transit time applies. Delivery dates are estimates.

Our overall delivery target is about 10–14 calendar days from order placement. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date: weekends, holidays and courier delays can extend delivery beyond this target. The business-day handling and transit estimates above apply separately.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged per order in USD:

Standard: $8 — free on orders above $70
Express: $15

The options available for your address, and any applicable sales tax, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after checkout.

Tracking and delivery

We deliver through established courier partners, with tracking on every parcel.
Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. The courier may call the number on the order to arrange delivery.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier usually retries. If the parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; the additional shipping cost is payable in that case.

When your parcel arrives

Please record a short video as you open your parcel, or take photos of the sealed parcel and your piece as you unpack it. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery with that video or those photos, and we’ll send a replacement. Our Returns & exchanges policy has the details.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel lost in transit, we make and send a new piece at no cost. If your order is running well past its estimate, write to us — we’ll check on it and keep you updated. Orders can be cancelled only before they start processing; see Refunds & cancellations.
