We have not shipped to customers yet, so there are no reviews to show. Every review on this site will come from a verified order — we will not write them ourselves.
What will appear here
Once real orders have shipped, this page will show reviews collected directly from customers who actually received a keepsake — nothing written by us, nothing sourced from a stock review widget, and no star rating invented to look further along than we are.
Why we're not simulating this
It would be easy to add a few placeholder testimonials and a star rating to make the site feel more finished. We've chosen not to, because a fake review erodes exactly the trust a personalised, made-to-order product depends on.
