How many photos do I need?

Just 1. We recommend a few more where possible — up to 4 — especially for a couple, a family, or a person with their pet, so we can see how everyone stands together.

Can I change my mind after I see the concept?

Yes. You can ask for revisions to your 2D concept as many times as you need before you approve it. Nothing physical is made until you approve.

What happens after I approve and pay?

Your approved concept becomes a 3D model, passes a quality check, then enters production. See our Refunds & cancellations policy for what's possible if you need to change or cancel after this point.

Will the finished piece look exactly like the preview?

Close, but not pixel-for-pixel — a digital preview and a physical object are different things. Read Preview vs. print for an honest explanation of what changes and why.

Tell us who it's for

One person, a couple, a family, a child, a pet, or a person and their pet together. You can always add more people later if you change your mind.

Choose how it should look

True to life, a stylised mini, a soft caricature, or a quieter keepsake-classic finish. Every style trades a little accuracy for a little character, and we tell you exactly what before you pick.

Add your photo

We ask for between 1 and 4 photos. One clear, front-facing photo is enough to start; a few angles help us get the likeness right.

Add the details

The occasion, a name or date for the base, and anything else that matters to you. This step is optional — you can skip straight to your first concept.

See your first concept

We generate a 2D concept image — a stylised drawing of what we'd make. If it's not quite right, ask for changes as many times as you need before you approve anything.

Approve the concept

Approving means you're happy with the overall likeness and style, not every pixel. This is the version production is built from, so take your time here.

Choose size, finish & base

Pricing comes straight from the shop, so what you see is what you pay. This is also the point where checkout hands off to Shopify — we never see your card details.

We build the 3D model

Once your order is placed, your approved concept becomes a 3D model, then goes through a human quality check before it's queued for production.

It's made and shipped

Your keepsake is printed, finished by hand, packed and shipped to you. Delivery windows on this site are planning estimates from our production trials, not a shipping promise. They become firm commitments once we have shipped our first customer orders.
