You choose who the keepsake is for and a style, upload a photo, and add any details like a name or an inscription. We generate a 2D preview so you can see exactly what will be made before you pay anything.

Yes. If the preview is not right, you can request a revision before approving it and before any payment is taken. You only pay once you are happy with what you see.

Who it is of (one person, a couple, a family, a pet, or a person and their pet), the style it is made in, and optional extras like an engraved base and gift box.

We accept JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC files, 1-4 photos per order. A clear, well-lit photo where the face fills a good part of the frame gives the best likeness.

Photos are checked for file type, size and resolution before upload. If a photo is too small, too large, an extreme crop, or an unsupported format, we tell you exactly why and let you try again.

Every piece is made to order: we make and pack it in about 5–7 business days, then the courier's transit time applies. Delivery dates are estimates.

Every piece is printed to order in the United States by our US production partner and dispatched domestically. Orders here are sold by One Infinity Labs, Inc. and ship to addresses in the United States, so there are no import duties to pay; the delivery options and their cost are shown at checkout.
