You order
Your finish is recorded against the order. Nothing is picked from stock, because there is no stock — the piece does not exist until this point.
The finish you chose is part of the instruction to make it, not a label on something that already exists.
Five to seven business days is our build time before dispatch, not a courier’s delivery promise — transit then takes a further 2–3 business days.

Nothing is warehoused. Each piece is produced after the order — or, for personalized pieces, after you approve the design.
Delivery estimates

Damaged in transit, replaced
If a piece arrives damaged, send us your unboxing video or photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make and send a new one, true to the design you approved.

Photos are held in private storage, used only to make your piece, never published without your explicit consent, and deleted on a published schedule.
