What you’re agreeing to

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t place an order — email help@kindlyobjects.com and we’ll help however we can instead.

Catalogue objects and personalized keepsakes

Every piece is made to order. Catalogue objects, such as lamps, trays and planters, are printed from the listed design in the finish and size you select at checkout. They do not require a photo upload or personal preview approval. Photo-based keepsakes are made from your photos and choices after you approve a digital concept. The cancellation, refund and exchange terms below apply to both types of order.

Pricing and currency

Prices on this site are shown in INR, and orders placed here are sold by Blue Barrows India Private Limited. The price you see at checkout, including any size, finish or add-on you choose, is the price you pay — Shopify calculates the final total, including any applicable tax and shipping, before you confirm your order.

When an order is placed

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed through Shopify’s checkout. For a photo-based keepsake, you approve your concept before checkout. If anything about your photo or details needs clarifying before we can start production, we’ll contact you using the email address on your order rather than guessing.

Your photo and the people in it

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it, and that you have the right to have the likeness of everyone recognisable in it reproduced as a physical keepsake — including, where the subject is a child, that a parent or guardian has agreed. We ask you to confirm this explicitly during upload, and we keep a record of that confirmation. Full detail on what we will and won’t accept is in our Acceptable use policy.

Revisions and approval for photo-based keepsakes

You can ask for changes to your digital concept before you approve it. Once you approve a concept and check out, that approval is what we build the physical piece from — we ask you to look closely before approving, because production begins from that approved version.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

An order can be cancelled for a full refund only before it starts processing. Once it is processing, it can’t be cancelled or refunded. Any request about a delivered piece — damage, an exchange or a question — must reach us within 7 days of delivery, with an unboxing video or photos for damage or missing items. Small variations that come naturally with 3D printing aren’t defects. The details are in our Refunds & cancellations and Returns & exchanges policies.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and business develop. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top. An order is governed by the terms in effect when it was placed.
