Nothing is warehoused
What happens after you order
This one does not exist yet. It is printed for you, which is why it takes a few days — and why the finish you choose is made rather than picked off a shelf.
You order
Your finish is recorded against the order. Nothing is picked from stock, because there is no stock — the piece does not exist until this point.
The finish you chose is part of the instruction to make it, not a label on something that already exists.
Five to seven business days is our build time before dispatch, not a courier’s delivery promise — transit then takes a further 3–7 business days.
Designed and made to order in India
Nothing is warehoused. Each piece is produced after the order — or, for personalized pieces, after you approve the design.
Delivery estimates
Every piece is made to order: we make and pack it in about 5–7 business days, then the courier's transit time applies. Delivery dates are estimates.
Damaged in transit, replaced
If a piece arrives damaged, send us your unboxing video or photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make and send a new one, true to the design you approved.
Your photos stay private
Photos are held in private storage, used only to make your piece, never published without your explicit consent, and deleted on a published schedule.
