Delete your account

This page covers accounts in the Kindly Objects app and on this website. Orders in this store are sold by Blue Barrows India Private Limited.

In the app

1. Open the Kindly Objects app and sign in.
2. Tap You, then Your details.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You are signed out straight away, and we email you when the deletion is complete.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. If the email comes from another address, we will ask you to confirm it is your account before we delete anything.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses.
• Any photos, concept images and 3D previews from a personalised order.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of orders you have placed, including the invoice details tax law requires, for as long as the law requires us to keep them. They are not used for anything else.
• The record of a consent you gave, for the legal minimum of 3 years.

How long it takes

We complete a deletion within 30 days of your request, and email you when it is done. Saved items in the app are stored only on your phone: deleting the app removes them.
